16. If they raise a problem or issue they then try to bring a solution, even if it's not a good solution, it shows you tried!  

17. They Don’t walk past something that isn't right. The standard you walk past is the standard you accept. If you can't do anything about it then at least raise it to a supervisor or manager.  


18. Do it right the first time, even if it takes a bit longer. Trust us, It Saves so much time in the long run.  

19. Even if you’re an apprentice, if you see the head of the company doing something wrong, then have courage and say something, you will be praised for it.  

20. They adapt to change without complaining! Change is hard, but if we don’t adapt, we will get left behind. If you need help catching up with the change, then ask for help. Once again ego's need to be left at home.
21. They understand Time is of essence, its ultimately all we have! They respect peoples time, Every minuet counts, be on time, every time & deliver on time.  


22. They Have fun in their job, or they speak up if they are un-happy about something, we are open & keep your privacy, OR they are smart enough to find a different job. Either way they will be happier in the long run.
23. They know Its ok to fail as long as they learn from it & it's not repetitive. What's even better is learning from someone else's mistakes and not making the mistake in the first place.  

24. They remember even though they are an owner they are not the boss, ownership gives you a say, not authority. Authority is given to the best person to make the best decision on a specific problem.
